IPA Events at the PRSA International Conference

If you’re planning to attend the PRSA International Conference in Detroit, please plan to join the Independent Practitioners Alliance for the following events.

Join us at 8:30 a.m. for coffee and light breakfast items as we hold our annual Section Business Meeting. Come hear about the benefits of membership in the IPA and get more details about our new vendor discount programs and plans for 2009. We will enjoy an open dialogue on ideas and suggestions to continue to make your membership in our section valuable to you and your business. Check your conference program upon arrival for our room assignment.

Utilizing Your IPA Network

I will be travelling to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina for vacation on Saturday (hopefully Hurricance Fay will have passed by then!), so I researched our IPA directory and guess what I found out? Two executive committee members, Kelly Davis and Jamie Meredith, are near by. So as a self-employed professional, I realized I can ride off part of my vacation. We are exchanging e-mails right now and hope to meet in Savannah, Georgia or in Hilton Head early next week.

So, the next time you are travelling for business or pleasure, don’t forgot to check the IPA directory before you leave!
